SIZE REDUCTION:
Our state of the art facility is capable of shredding & griinding large chunks , Pipes, parts, sheet & film rolls.

DENSIFYING:
Our three densifiers can densify any size film rolls.

BLENDING:
10,000 LB Batch blenders are capable of custom blend powder, resins and liquid additives.

PELLETIZING & COMPOUNDING:
Our blending system is capable of adding consistency to diffrent reginds and additive to homogenise during pelletizing process. All extruders are vented.

In- House services:

Reprocessing & Pelletizin : Over 80 million lbs annually are reprocessed of Polystyrene ( PS, HIPS) , PET, Polyethylene ( LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE), Polypropylene, PVC, ABS, Nylon, Polycarbonate and other engineering resins.

Distribution : In addition to reprocessing Nam Polymers Inc. imports and distributes prime, off-spec and wide spec raw materials & Sheet across Canada and the

USA

PET : Nam Polymers Inc . Distributes PET sheets made from Prime, DPET ( Octal sheet ) and R-PET in North America. In addition we supply to FDA approved prime and Re-processed PET resin.

A new PET sheet line is in process to be installed to produce 20 million lbs annually of coloured PET sheet for packaging industry by middel of 2011. This sheet line is in addition to current PP and HIPS sheet production.
